The Hawkshead Relish Company are makers of award winning traditional Preserves, Relishes, Pickles, Chutneys, Jams and Marmalades.
Based in the beautiful English Lake District, our cooking methods are traditional we use no additives, colourings or artificial flavourings just really great fresh local ingredients wherever possible, such as the famous local british damsons to create our award winning range of relishes, pickles and preserves.
The top best seller is our famous Red Onion Marmalade made with balsamic vinegar which has featured in Ready Steady Cook as a favourite of Celebrity chefs Nick Nairn and Ainsley Harriot. Jamie Oliver's students have also visited Hawkshead Relish as part of the fifteen foundation programme.
In 2008 Hawkshead Relish was proud to present the range to Her Royal Majesty the Queen as she visited Cumbria with HRH Prince Phillip.
